Lady's Mantle - Alchemilla vulgaris L. (Fam.Rosaceae).

Species description. Herbaceous plant that grows in pasturessince the region in the hills to the alpine zone. The earth has arhizome from which arise basilar leaves, long petiolate,palmate-lobate and tongue toothed edge. Air is high strain shades of blue cm.avand 10-40, with numerous small flowers, yellow-verzui.Infloreste from May to September.

Plant product used. The aerial parts are used for medicinal purposes.

Aerial parts were good healing effect on energy centers:Swadisthana (s, c, d), nabhi (s), vacuum and Vishuddha (s). For treatment, aerial parts will be used as a tea infusion in amount oftwo and a half teaspoons to 500 ml. water. Tea is drunk in several occasions during the day.
